Great quality service was a good price. That did not determine from them being friendly or the quality of the service. They were also very timely, I was in and out quickly on my day off and they were able to help fix my car when none of the shops around would, and when the dealer was going to charge an arm and a leg. Thank you. I will continue to recommend them.

I went into Bisbee Automotive for an oil.change and was greeted by the owner himself. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me the feeling that he and his company were honest and full of integrity which is hard to find these days. I am going back to Bisbee Automotive with all of my auto care needs. I had an excellent experience at this shop. The work they did on my car was outstanding. They replaced both of my front headlights and installed the bulbs, and everything was done perfectly. They are very honest, and the price I received was very reasonable for the quality of the service. Brian and Joe provided impeccable customer service. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It is not always easy to find mechanics you can truly trust, but I felt completely confident leaving my car in their hands. Had an appointment, dropped off my car - they called back after doing a routine check, told me what I needed done. I approved it and in about 2 hours repairs were completed, honest, patient and competent service
