Brian (owner) was able to diagnose and fix my AC problem in 1 visit, with the help from his friendly and knowledgeable crew. He was honest and forthright about what was causing the issue AND what absolutely needed to be done. Instead of other places trying to get as much out of the customer as they can, they were honest and upfront and got me in/out in 1 day with a complete AC overhaul AND installing a new headlight. They are also MASTER mechanics on vintage vehicles, which they have many already. Will be going to Bisbee Automotive for the foreseeable future for any and all car needs. I had a 2 PM appointment today but decided to drop off my car around 10 AM, hoping they could finish it sooner. By noon, they called to explain the issue behind my check engine light. Their pricing was fair—I’m confident I would have paid twice as much at a place like Tires Plus. Moving forward, I’ll be returning for all my auto needs because they treat their customers with fairness and respect. Highly recommend!
