I am from out of town and my car broke down as I was heading back home. I happen to stop near this shop. I couldn't have been more lucky. I found some really honest people that care about their customers. I was greeted by Brian and he was amazing. Anything and everything he could do to help me it was done. Unfortunately, the car has a bad transmission. If you are near the area and have car troubles, PLEASE do yourself a favor and come check these people out. Honest, kind, helpful! I love this place. I first started coming when they was Midas and Every time I come they always so nice and helpful.

Bisbee Automotive is different then your average mechanic shop. They are incredibly honest and very professionally skilled in repairs. There is no such thing as nickle and diming you for work that does not need to be done. The owner Brian along with his wife and son are simply there to help you get your car issues fixed as little impact on your wallet as possible. They treat you like family and are very knowledgeable in all automotive situations and explain what needs to be done in a way anyone can understand. Do not hesitate to stop in not only for repairs but for the family oriented atmosphere that is truly different then any other shop out there. They have earned my respect and business and I will be bringing my automobile in for service when needed without question. Bisbee is about helping you fix your car not destroying your wallet.
