This review is a few days overdo!! **even if you live a distance, you will save more time and money making the drive to Bisbee than going down the street to your local chain mechanic. Very sweet family ran mechanic shop that is honest, quick and truly has their client’s best interests at heart. There wasn’t a person that came in that they didn’t chat and interact with—did I mention that they’re literally the cutest family?! As a woman, this is your best bet for any repairs, check-ups or questions. I was paying for unnecessary fixes I didn’t need, from being told I had battery and alternator issues— to find out from Bisbee that I actually was missing my entire serpentine belt and it wasn’t any of the issues other places were telling me! They’re very honest and don’t try to rip you off. You can tell they truly value their business and the clients that enter their doors and this is what will keep me as a returning customer!

I own an older classic car which he was able to take care of like it was something that they did all the time. His staff is very knowledgeable and friendly I will be coming back to have other work done thank you

This was my first time and I must say it was a good experience. I was given a call that there was another problem with the car and Brian wanted to know if he had my permission to go ahead and fix the additional problem. I was impressed that he called me first to get permission. My car is fine now and I am happy. Kudos to a good company and their employees.

A great experience, definitely recommend. Needed 2 new front tires for a reasonable price and he understood and took care of me and my minivan in a human way VS the sales approach of a lot of places. He even took care of me on the alignment. Will go back once these tires have reached the end of their lives.

The mechanics at Bisbee Automotive are very good and respectful and they do clean work and did not mess up my truck with oil and they fix it and explain to me what was happening what needed to be done and they walked me through the process I really appreciate that..!!!!!

After reading the impressive reviews I brought my vehicle in and I am no longer in search of a mechanic. Clean comfortable waiting area is a plus. Brisbee Auto & Tire is great. They are my go to place for oil changes and tires. I've been going there since they were Midas. The owner, Brian is friendly and I like doing business with him. Recently I had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Sarah and she seems really nice as well. I will continue to take my car to them and would recommend them to all my friends and family.
