Been looking for a good and trustworthy place to have my cars serviced and I found it !! Thank you Brian !!

I took my Mercedes for oil change. The charge were a third of what Mercedes Benz dealership in town would charge. They were able to get me in and out in hour despite the backlog of work. Right when they returned my keys, I asked the owner if they could replace the faulty Auxiliary battery. He called his parts supplier next door and was able to secure the last one available. The employee pulled my car back in and swapped the battery in less than five minutes. They charge me for five minutes of labor despite the 1.2 hours called for in the Mercedes manual. That’s what I call honest man! Drove back to Ohio with peace of mind.

First time using BisBee and I was surprised how good the customer service was as well as the brake job I had done! I would definitely recommend them for your car needs. And I will be back for anything I may need done in the future.

I don't think you can choose a better group of mechanics in southeast Florida.

This location has a terrible OWNER. Rude, nasty and unprofessional. I do not recommend having your car serviced here and having to deal with such a horrible person.
