Went in for a simple AC recharge for my 2018 Civic. Brian printed out the order which was very fairly priced. While sitting in the waiting area, one of his guys came in and informed us that my car takes the newer, more expensive freon. Brian waved him off telling him to do it anyway, and told me he would stick to the price he gave me! I was pleasantly surprised. Sadly, they came back shortly after and informed me that both my compressor and condenser had leaks, which is a known issue with the vehicle. Brian gave me a fast and fair estimate, and the next day my car was up and running perfectly. Highly recommend this friendly, fair, and highly competent shop! Thanks Brian!

This repair shop is like finding a unicorn: honest mechanics that don't try to sell you new tires when all you want is an oil change. My issue was more complex than I initially thought. I was skeptical when the mechanic said that my tensioning pulley was shot and that I needed a new serpentine belt. However, he brought me into the work area, demonstrated what was wrong and explained that it wasn't a good idea to put off repairing it. Later, he came to me in the waiting area with the worn part in hand and I heard for myself the clicking of the worn bearing. Also, owner Brian Bisbee was able to find a much less expensive alternator for my car by shopping around his various suppliers. While I was waiting for my car to be fixed, I overheard numerous interactions and in every case they went out of their way to explain to customers what they were doing and the options available. Terrific customer service, honesty and integrity, and they don't fix what isn't broken. I cannot recommend Bisbee Automotive and Tire highly enough.

I wanted to get a tire rotation for my 2016 GMC Terrain. After seeing all the positive reviews. I called for a quote. The owner gave me a fair price over the phone and said he could get me in right away. Upon arrival I saw the shop was clean and all employees were courteous and professional. True to his word Mr. Bisbee got me in and out quick. When it came time to pay he exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. I will be back. I'm sending my neighbor and girlfriend there too. It was like a breath of fresh air, Brian and his staff were fantastic and so knowledgeable. I truly have found a shop that i can trust, which is a very rare thing today.

Would highly recommend this auto shop! The owner Brian was very professional and very helpful. I bought 2 tires from them a month ago and did not buy the tire hazzard but he still fixed my tire 4 weeks later at no extra cost. Im a happy customer. Will definitely come back.
