It’s always a pleasure stopping by here, Bruce is excellent with his customer service. Unfortunately had to edit my review and change it to three stars , brought in my car for an oil change at 10am never heard nothing back until I called the store around 2:40p.m. because I know the store closes at 4pm on Saturdays but was nice enough to wait to see if I’d get a call back because I know there are cars ahead of mine. I was told that they just started it when I called the store and that I can come at 3:30, all to which I still had to wait and the crew were doing last touches. The labor charge for an oil change is high and was dumbfounded that labor charge would be included for an oil change , walked away spending $80 for an oil change the most I’ve ever spent in my life . I am disappointed, it would be nice to know what the oil change prices are like on a board somewhere or something so I’m not walking away spending almost $100 for an oil change . I’ll come for other services in the future but not oil change, my whole day was dedicated to waiting on my car for five hours . Service: Oil change
Kisha, I regret you felt compelled to downgrade your review as we truly value your continued patronage. However I would like to offer a little explanation. Saturday is our busiest day and when folks drop off their cars and the pick up time is open-ended we tend to prioritize the customers that sit and wait for their vehicles as we try our best to get them on their way ASAP. If you told us that you would be back by a certain time, and the vehicle was not ready, then you have every right to be upset and I apologize on behalf of our entire team. Again, we value your business and I only request that next time you visit you give specific instructions on when you absolutely need your vehicle back. Thank you very much.
