I called up this Midas on a Friday morning to see about getting my tire plugged up due to a leak I thought I had. The same tire kept losing air. The guy on the other line was very friendly and said come on in we will take care of you. I went and the whole staff was friendly and professional and it didn't take long for them to fix the tire. They couldn't find a leak but told me of a couple other things they can do that could be the cause of the tire deflating. They put in a new stem valve and sealed the tire and so far all is good. I liked their personalities too. Very caring and made sure with a follow up call that all went great. Thank you all for showing me you care about your work and making sure all is well. Amazing service. I was in and out for my oil change, I was a little afraid that I had damage to my water pump because my car was running a little hot but Bruce and the guys found that it was only in need of coolant and everything was ok. Also they followed up with me a day or so later to make sure the car was running properly, I’ve never experienced customer service from a car place like this and will for sure be returning for anything car related.
