I will never go anywhere else. They service mine and my son’s car. When my hubs picks up his truck next week, it too will go here. Bruce is AWESOME! What I love most is that he’s honest. Jobs are done quick. He doesn’t overcharge and he’s just a nice guy. It was so cute when I walked in and saw his dog just snoozing on the floor. When my son’s car was ready, he joked with me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. I said, “that’s great”!! He joked and said that it wasn’t because he had nothin to sell me. I went to Midas for an oil change & tire rotation. From my seat in the waiting room I was able to observe the mechanic at work. I was pleasantly surprised at how thorough the mechanic was while working on my car. He checked the headlights,taillights, windshield wipers and brakes plus the whole underside of the vehicle while it was on the lift besides doing the oil & filter change. He even sprayed the hood latch with lubricant. The front office was friendly & seemed to really listen to customers that came in while I was there. l would say they aim to please. There is a very well behaved puppy on the premises that enjoys having his head & ears rubbed.....big bonus! I will definitely be returning when my car needs service. Always pleased with their work. Had a tire warranty issue due to the previous owner and Bruce went to bat for me and got me taken care of. Even though the issue was caused by the previous owner he made sure to get it right for me. That’s called great customer Service to me. I go there because I like how they treat me as a customer and also do the work right.

If I'm being completely honest, I generally try to avoid these big name companies because I don't trust them, and I feel like they over-charge, I came here out of desperation, all the small shops were closed or under staffed and I needed my brakes changes ASAP! I dealt directly with the shop owner Bruce. He was very transparent with the work that needed to be done on my car. The work was done swiftly and properly and the price was right. Bruce even checked in with me the next day to make sure the new brakes were functioning properly, no mechanic shop has ever done that in the past. What was a visit based on desperation, turned into me finding a mechanic shop that I now trust and will visit from now on whenever I need work done on my vehicle. Service: Brakes
