Nice guys. Bruce and Brian. ASE certified so I'm sure they're very knowledgeable. Honest. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of parts or services I didn't need. My AC wasn't working. They ran diagnostics, found the leak right away and replaced the valve that was leaking. They also recharged it. All that ran about $150 which I thought was pretty reasonable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because their synthetic oil change was over $100. I usually do my own but I had to bring it in for the AC and it was due for oil change. Overall, I'd highly recommend them. I've used them 3 or 4 times now and will continue to take my cars there. FYI, one of my favorite things about them is they don't mind replacing tires you bought online. I get a discount on tires and a lot of shops won't replace them unless you bought them from there. I called asking if they do repairs with outside parts because lots of shops do and just don’t provide warranty for outside parts. The guy on the phone was so rude about it. “Outback doesn’t cook outside steaks.” I would never consider you guys for business or refer anyone here! Like what kind of customer service is that? You can simply say, sorry unfortunately we don’t do repairs with outside parts. Like there’s many other ways you could have said that rather than just have a rude tone and response. How you speak to people on the phone sets the tone for your business!!
