Great service on my car, but I didn't like the cashier. I googled oil change near me and saw the deal for Midas was competitive, but when I was ready to pay the cashier said he knew nothing about the internet prices, so I had to pull it up on my phone to show him. As an employee, he should know the prices already, instead of trying to pull a fast one on me. I recommend him simply asking the customer if he or she has any available discounts that can be applied before he prints out the work order. Perhaps even taking that a step further and providing a customer with his knowledge of any possible discounts available. When a customer feels that he or she has saved some money, they will be more inclined to come back.
