A month ago bought new tires at Sam's Club, but came to Midas in December as Sam's doesn't do wheel alignments. That alignment made the car somewhat worse than before. Called today and found out they're under new ownership/management. Told me to bring in the car and that they'll honor to fix it, no charge, which they then did. Glad to now have my car riding right again, and appreciate them taking a look and fixing the alignment (which was originally done under prior management) after I was unable to get back to it for about a month. They took care of me after my car was towed to them. The new owners took over Jan 1. A little pricey. But good service.

Excellent customer service. Brian the manager knows his stuff and took good care of my daughters car and gave her a few good tips. Like keeping a eye on certain things under her hood of her 10 year old chevy sonic. To make it keeps running good 👍.
