My car tire completely lost all air randomly while driving and I pulled into Bisbee right at closing time. With no spare and them not having the tire I needed I was in a panicked state. The owner told me let’s go look at the car then confirms he can keep the car and order the tire for me the next day at such an affordable price. I also felt very comfortable and was treated with respect. My car was ready for me the next morning as promised. I will be recommending anyone and everyone to this place. Please check them out you will not regret it.

My 2019 Lincoln nautilus had never seemed smooth when driving. The steering was always tight and recently it started to make a rubbing sound when turning right. We brought to Bisbees auto and after spending their time in researching and working on solutions they nailed it correctly and the car is driving better than ever. Great communication, quality technical diagnostics, and complete solution for a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend using Bisbee for all your auto needs.

I can not say enough good things about this place. I was referred to them by the guys at O'Reilly and they certainly delivered. I walked in very late in the day and talked with a mechanic for a few moments and he diagnosed the problem (something Bachrodt Chevrolet couldn't do) and gave me an appointment for the following morning. The following day they were a few men short but honored the appointment and got me out of there in a flash.I will be taking all my business to them from here on out. Thanks guys!

We took our Chevy Equinox in to Brian with a check engine light on. Thru is team they determined the issue, and repaired the problem. I used to work in this industry and I have found Bisbee Auto to be top notch and extremely professional. He explained the who process and gave me an exact quote. We will not go anyplace else for our automotive needs.

My friend wound up needing a battery terminal changed and the auto parts guy couldn't do it. So I said go to Bisbee and see if they can do it. Then I walked over there to get her and spoke to Brian and he told her she need an alternator, she is trading the car in so she didn't want to go that route and just wanted the terminal changed. Brian sent one of his guys over to help her. John was great. He was a tremendous help to her. After seeing how quickly and helpful they were, I decided to take my car to Bisbee to get my oil changed and then wound up getting 4 new tires and an alignment, too. John worked on my car. He did a fantastic job. He also told me that I would need struts, and I noticed my breaks were looking low when John took the tires off. John looked said yeah they are getting low." Next oil change, you might want to get breaks done also. I asked them questions, and they were up front and honest. I felt very comfortable with them doing the work and not worried they would do a bad job and rip me off. I was very pleased with the mechanics and Brian. They work well together there, and there was another mechanic who wound up helping with the tires. I highly recommend Bisbee. I didn't mention this, but my neighbor referred me to Bisbee as they have gotten their vehicles worked on from Bisbee. So I decided to take a chance and try them out. I will take my car back to them for sure. Thanks again Brian. Go check them out for your car needs. I did!

They also do not try to fix anything that isn’t broken. Finding an honest mechanic is like finding an honest politician: they are extremely rare and Bisbee Automotive is 100% straight up and honest.
