I was told I had a CV boot cover that was ripped but was never offered the repair or any pricing to handle that. I was also interested in a set of OEM shocks for my car but when I wasn’t offered any information on the recommended repair I just chose not to ask anymore.

Aug 3 I visited this Midas with the hopes of getting an oil change and tire rotation. So as I enter this place of business I see only 1 car in the service area 1 gentleman waiting. Looked around again and saw no other cars or customers waiting. The man at the front desk ask can I help you Sir. Yes I'm looking to have an oil change and tire rotation done on my vehicle. Ok sir, I'm going to need you to leave the car with me for 2 or 3 hours. 🤔 What! So you mean to tell me that I have to wait that long for that simple service and there's only 1 customer being attended to🤨. No thanks that's to long for a service job that takes 45 minutes to a hour wait at Max. Won't recommend them to anyone

You are right. Your store is great. My apologies. The Midas on Wiles Road is horrible. I thought I was eating them. Joe at your Midas is awesome. I've been to your store twice now in 2 weeks. Great quick service at a fair price, similar to how Ed's Auto used to treat all their loyal customers.
