I went to this Midas Location over the weekend to get an oil change and tires (None of which happened). The individual at the front counter may have been experiencing a bad day but, that should never be an excuse on why a customer service representative should have such a rude attitude. I made an appointment online but he insisted that I make another one because he did not see it in his computer and after showing him the confirmation email he still required that I make an appointment online for during the week. I was unable to get new tires or my oil changed at this location because no matter how empty the location was the person at the counter just did not want to deal with anyone. I do recommend that customer service reps at Midas find a moment in the bathroom to not bring their stresses or poor attitudes with them to work.
