I got my SUV’s oil changed, tires rotated, topped up all fluids under the hood, got photos of all the areas looked at and worked on then posted to their vehicle health report website which the link is texted to you to let you know the progress of your vehicle’s servicing and if there are any areas of concern that you need to address. All this for $18.99+sales tax and a minor fee for disposal and little stuff. At the end of the day it was $25 and change. I seriously think the customers are getting the better end of the deal on this one. I will definitely be back for all my oil needs. The customer service at this location is incredible. The manager, Joe V. is very personable and professional. From the first phone call to the credit card slip being signed I never felt that I was trying to be taken advantage of like at other competitors I’ve personally witnessed. I would send my fiancé here without me to see Joe for any problem. The facility is small but it never feels like you’re being crammed in there, as it seems to be handled by appointment only to keep foot traffic to a minimum in the office. It is quiet in there, they’ve got a TV, coffee, and phone chargers. A vending machine or selling snacks could work well in there for people who don’t drink coffee as the surrounding area has not much around it, plus it was raining. The bathroom was very clean. Not only will I be back, but I will also be recommending this location to everyone I know that is in need of an oil change or to have something looked at on their vehicle. Good job boys.
