Lynn is amazing she always remembers me over the years. This place is family ran. And everyone of the employees shows the most respect and honesty. If you need help to fix your car this is the place!!

The management is not very nice and the servos is even worst

This place is a rip off, they tried to charge me $1200 for a part I bought online for $280, they are thiefs.

As I discussed on the phone, we try extremely hard to satisfy and be fair to every customer I did look over your complaint, the estimate we gave you included labor and taxes for $1192.49, labor was $220 and the part was $895.00.As I explained we never buy parts online as we feel they are not the same quality as what we install. You stated that you are able to buy the part from the dealer for a lot less, I called 2 local Chrysler dealerships and the price for the Catalytic converter is $714.00. I feel the price we gave you is very fair. This shop has been here for over 25 years with the same manager running it the entire time, that says something on how the shop is run and how we treat our customers.

They steel from you. I went in for an oil change, replace brake light, and new windshield wipers. Tire rotation. I was told my tires didn't need rotation. They forgot windshield wipers. Had to go back for that. Got stopped by an officer with a warning of brake light being out! Really!

I have trusted Ed's ever since moving to FL 5 years ago. Unfortunately Ed retired and the shop is now Midas. Took the jeep back there because Lynn assured me it was all the same staff. It may be the same staff, but without Ed to oversee everything the quality is gone. Spent $542.75 (including $45 to diagnose because they used the "Engine scan tool"). Never been charged there for a diagnosis before. Same problem the next morning. New mechanic says they changed the wrong sensor.
